Iowa Admin. Code r. 761-615.8 - Suspension for unlawful use of a license
The department may suspend a person's license upon receipt of a conviction or written law enforcement report that the person has permitted unlawful or fraudulent use of the license. The suspension period will be at least 30 but no more than 60 days.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 321.210, 321.212 and 321.216.
