Iowa Admin. Code r. 761-620.10 - Drinking drivers course
When a person who has been ordered to enroll, attend, and satisfactorily complete a course for drinking drivers under Iowa Code chapter 321J has successfully completed the course, the program provider under Iowa Code section 321J.22(2) "a" shall electronically report completion to the department in a manner approved by the department.
