Iowa Admin. Code r. 761-911.4 - Contracts for nonexclusive school transportation
As common carriers in urban transportation service, regional transit systems may contract with schools, day care providers, after-school program providers, or others to provide nonexclusive school transportation service that meets the requirements of this chapter. Exclusive service contracts are prohibited.
