Iowa Admin. Code r. 781-17.2 - Notice of petition
Within 15 days after receipt of a petition for a declaratory order, the department of the treasurer of state shall give notice of the petition to all persons not served by the petitioner pursuant to 17.6(17A) to whom notice is required by any provision of law. The department of the treasurer of state may also give notice to any other persons.
