Iowa Code chapter 556 authorizes the treasurer of state to establish administrative rules that are necessary for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 556, the uniform disposition of unclaimed property Act. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapter 556.
