Iowa Admin. Code r. 821-2.2 - Agency code
In addition to the spaces and statements required to be included on registration forms by Iowa Code section 48A.11 and rule 821-2.1 (48A), registration forms used by voter registration agencies shall contain a code, to be devised by the registrar, indicating the type of agency.
