Iowa Admin. Code r. 871-23.68 - Collection of covered unemployment compensation
Pursuant to 26 U.S.C. 6402(f), the department shall utilize the Treasury Offset Program to collect covered unemployment compensation.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 96.14.
