Iowa Admin. Code r. 877-14.9 - Matching requirements

As a condition of receiving welfare-to-work state funds, each program operator must provide an appropriate match in the form of either cash or in-kind services. In-kind services must be necessary expenses related to the program's operation and allowable under state and federal regulations. Specific matching requirements will be issued with the annual planning instructions.
