The purpose of this chapter is to bring identified terms and language in 2023 Iowa Acts, Senate File 318, into conformity with federal requirements, necessary for the approval of the Iowa office of apprenticeship law by the United States Department of Labor Office of Apprenticeship in accordance with 29 CFR 29.13(a)(1).
