Iowa Admin. Code r. 877-4.12 - Contract

The department shall issue a contract to the fiscal agent authorized by each coordinating service provider in the provider's 28E agreement. The contract is a financial contract and is contingent upon the annual receipt of federal and state appropriations. The contract shall be modified each year to reflect changes in budget, performance and customer satisfaction measures and other federal and state requirements.
