Iowa Code r. 193E-11.4 - Terms or conditions
A licensee cannot write, prepare or otherwise use a contract containing terms or conditions that would violate real estate laws in Iowa Code chapter 543B or commission rules.
The broker is responsible to ensure that all preprinted documents and forms used are in compliance with these rules.
