Iowa Code r. 199-1.5 - Organization
The commission consists of the three-member commission, the technical and administrative staff, and the general counsel. The three-member commission is the policymaking body, and the chair serves as the administrator of the commission. As administrator, the chair is responsible for all administrative functions and decisions.
