Iowa Code r. 199-10.5 - [Effective until 7/16/2025] Objections

Any person whose rights or interests may be affected by a proposed pipeline or underground storage facility may file a written objection with the commission. Written objections shall be filed with the commission not less than five days prior to the date of hearing. The commission may, for good cause shown, permit filing of objections less than five days prior to hearing, but in such event the pipeline company shall be granted a reasonable time to respond to a late-filed objection.
