Iowa Code r. 21-2.29 - Stays of agency action
(1)
In lieu of the words "(agency name)" insert "department". In lieu of the words
"(board, commission, director)" insert "secretary or the secretary's
designee".
(2) In lieu of the words
"(board, commission, director, as appropriate)" insert "secretary or the
secretary's designee".
(3) In lieu
of the words "(agency name)" insert "department".
