Iowa Code r. 21-46.9 - Nursery dealer certificate
Nursery dealers shall secure a nursery dealer's certificate from the state entomologist before they carry on their business within the state. Each separate sales location shall operate under its own certificate. Nurseries that sell stock from more than one location shall obtain a nursery dealer certificate for those additional locations.
