Iowa Code r. 21-91.19 - Review proceedings
A grain dealer licensee or applicant may file a formal written complaint with the department if the licensee or applicant contests the finding or decision of the bureau chief. Any such complaint shall be resolved in contested case proceedings conducted pursuant to the applicable provisions of 21-Chapter 2.
