Iowa Code r. 265-42.6 - Application procedures

IFA will issue requests for applications periodically, as long as the state expects funding from HUD. Requests for applications may combine the ESG program with the SAF program. The application shall be submitted as prescribed by IFA. Application requirements, priorities, and maximum and minimum grant awards will be established by IFA for each competition.
