Elections. Officers
shall be elected annually during June and shall assume office effective July
1.

Succession.
a. If the chairperson does not serve out the
elected term, the vice chairperson shall succeed the chairperson for the
remainder of the term. A special election shall be held to elect a new vice
chairperson to serve the remainder of the term.
b. If the vice chairperson does not serve out
the elected term, a special election shall be held to elect a new vice
chairperson to serve the remainder of the term.
