Iowa Code r. 281-63.4 - Area education agency responsibility
An AEA shall provide or make provision for an appropriate educational program pursuant to Iowa Code section 282.30(1) "a." The provision of the educational program is to be pursuant to a written agreement that identifies the responsibilities of the AEA, juvenile home, and any other agency with which the AEA contracts to provide the educational program.
