Iowa Code r. 371-6.15 - Premiums

Premiums paid will be as determined by the fair board and printed in the premium book.

(1) Premiums in the open livestock departments will be paid at a time determined by the fair board and printed in the premium book.

(2) Premiums in other departments will be paid as soon after the close of the fair as possible.

(3) All warrants must be cashed 60 days from the date of issuance. No claims for errors will be honored after October 15, the year of the fair.
