Iowa Code r. 441-156.17 - Preadoptive homes
Payment for a foster child placed in a preadoptive home shall be limited to the amount negotiated pursuant to rule 441-201.5 (600) and shall not exceed the foster care maintenance amount paid in family foster care.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 234.38.
