Iowa Code r. 481-1.7 - [Effective until 6/4/2025] Administering discretion
Nothing in the aforesaid allocation of duties shall be interpreted to prevent flexibility in interdepartmental operations or to forbid other divisional allocations of duties in the discretion of the director.
