Iowa Code r. 481-492.14 - Tattoo inspector qualifications
Tattoo inspectors shall have successfully completed a blood-borne pathogen certification course from the American Red Cross or an equivalent nationally recognized organization, documentation of which is maintained by the local inspection agency.
