Iowa Code r. 481-961.7 - License reinstatement
A licensee whose license has been revoked, suspended, or voluntarily surrendered must apply for and receive board-approved reinstatement of the license and must apply for and be granted reactivation of the license prior to practicing sign language interpreting or transliterating in this state.
