Iowa Code r. 567-120.1 - Purpose
The purpose of this chapter is to establish rules for the safe and effective remediation and disposal of petroleum contaminated soil (PCS) through landfarming. These rules are intended to satisfy the requirements of Iowa Code sections 455B.301A, 455B.304 and 455B.383.
