Iowa Code r. 61-17.26 - Initial mediation meeting
The initial mediation meeting must be held within 21 days of the issuance of the notice of the initial mediation meeting. The initial mediation meeting may be held beyond the 21-day period only with the consent of all the parties to the mediation.
