Iowa Code r. 641-109.2 - Purpose
The overall purpose of this chapter is to establish administrative rules in accordance with Iowa Code chapter 135M relative to the following:
1. Requirements for medical
facilities and pharmacies to accept and dispense donated prescription drugs and
supplies.
2. Eligibility criteria
for individuals to receive donated prescription drugs and supplies.
