Iowa Code r. 661-291.1 - Volunteer emergency services provider death benefit program
There is established within the fire marshal division a volunteer emergency services provider death benefit program with responsibility for administering the payment of death benefits to beneficiaries of volunteer emergency services providers who die in the line of duty, as provided in Iowa Code section 100B.11.
