Iowa Code r. 661-401.107 - Fiscal impact statement
For each Notice of Intended Action or emergency adoption of rules filed, the staff of the system and the department shall develop a fiscal impact statement in compliance with Iowa Code section 17A.4, subsection 3, and procedures established by the legislative services agency, if the preparation of a fiscal impact statement is required.
