Iowa Code r. 701-1000.29 - Violation by agent or employee
Any violation of the alcoholic beverage control Act or the rules of the department by any employee or agent of a licensee is considered to be the act of the licensee and subjects the licensee to civil penalty, suspension, or revocation.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 123.4 and 123.49(2).
