Iowa Code r. 877-12.12 - Reallocation process
In order to avoid the loss of JTPA funds to the state, the department will reallocate Title IIA, IIB and III funds. The department will redistribute carryover funds in accordance with the formula and procedures developed by the department. The department's reallocation formula and procedures will be distributed to the SDAs in writing.
