Iowa Code r. 877-8.9 - Federal regulation (41 CFR 50-250)- Executive Order 11701
An employer with a federal contract over $10,000 and subject to Executive Order 11701, must list job openings with the nearest workforce development center.
This rule is intended to implement Executive Order 11701, dtd. January 24, 1973, and Iowa Code sections 96.10 and 96.11.
