Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-46-3 - Additional parking restrictions

Unless otherwise authorized by the secretary of administration for reasons of business or emergency, no person shall, at any time, park a motor vehicle or permit that person's motor vehicle to be parked so that it is:

(a) double-parked in a tunnel or archway;

(b) on a pedestrian walk;

(c) in a driveway;

(d) backed into a parking stall; or

(e) not within a marked parking stall.
