Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-49-2 - Trash
Bottles, cups, food containers, or other trash shall not be left upon the stairways, or anywhere in the hallways of any buildings or upon the grounds of buildings listed in K.A.R. 1-49-1, but shall be placed in containers provided for the purpose.
