Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-49-6 - Dome visitors
(a) No person under
eighteen (18) years of age shall be permitted to visit the dome of the capitol
building unless accompanied by an adult. The adult shall be held responsible
for any person or persons under the age of eighteen (18) years within the
capital dome area under his or her supervision.
(b) Any child under eighteen (18) years of
age within the dome area shall remain in the immediate company of the adult
responsible for his or her supervision. No adult shall permit any child under
his or her supervision to run ahead or lag behind, or otherwise leave the
immediate area in which the adult may be located.
(c) No person shall leave the designated
stairways or walkways within the dome area. No person shall climb upon any
girders or supporting beams located within the dome area. No person shall go
upon either the glass, girders or catwalks of the glass inner dome ceiling.
