Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-49-9 - Penalty and enforcement
Any person violating any of these regulations may be expelled and ejected from any of the buildings or grounds of buildings listed in K.A.R. 1-49-1. If any person is responsible for damage to or destruction of public property as the result of violation of these regulations he or she may be prosecuted as provided by law.
