Kan. Admin. Regs. § 1-8-6 - Leadership training programs
Each appointing authority shall develop and maintain a leadership program to provide supervisory training of an appropriate scope for each employee appointed to a supervisory position and for each employee currently working in a supervisory position in the agency. Each appointing authority shall provide access to training and opportunities for continuing education and development for each employee in a supervisory position. This regulation shall be effective on and after June 5, 2005.
