Kan. Admin. Regs. § 100-29-8 - License and certificate renewal; expiration date; notification of supervision
(a) The license of
each physical therapist and the certificate of each physical therapist
assistant shall expire on December 31 of each year.
(b) At the time of license renewal, the
physical therapist shall provide the name and certificate number of each
physical therapist assistant who is working under the direction of the physical
therapist on a form provided by the board.
(c) At the time of a renewal of
certification, the physical therapist assistant shall provide, on a form
furnished by the board, the name and license number of the physical therapist
who is supervising the assistant.
