Kan. Admin. Regs. § 100-55-2 - Education requirements

A list of approved educational programs in respiratory therapy shall be maintained by the board. In determining whether an educational program should be approved, accreditation by the committee on accreditation for respiratory care or its predecessor at the time of applicant's graduation may be considered by the board.
