The following fees shall be collected by the board:

(a) Application for registration .................... $165.00

(b) registration renewal ............................... $125.00

(c) registration late renewal additional fee .... $20.00

(d) registration reinstatement ....................... $155.00

(e) certified copy of registration ................... $15.00

(f) temporary registration ............................ $30.00

(g) acupuncture certification ........................ $20.00
