Kan. Admin. Regs. § 100-73-5 - Expiration of license

(a) Each radiologic technologist license issued before June 1, 2006 shall expire on September 30, 2006.

(b) For each license issued on or after June 1, 2006, the following requirements shall apply:

(1) Each radiologic technologist license issued within the seven-month period beginning June 1 and ending December 31 shall expire on September 30 of the following year.

(2) Each radiologic technologist license issued within the five-month period beginning January 1 and ending May 31 shall expire on September 30 of the same year.
