Kan. Admin. Regs. § 105-9-3 - Claims from attorneys

Each claim from an attorney for compensation and reimbursement of allowable expenses shall be filed with the board on a voucher form approved by the board. Each claim shall be accompanied by a timesheet, in a form approved by the board, detailing:

(a) the date of each compensable activity;

(b) the purpose of the activity performed;

(c) the type of activity performed;

(d) the amount of time, in tenths of hours, spent on each activity; and

(e) the amount of compensation received for the same services from any other source.
