Kan. Admin. Regs. § 11-10-2 - Application
(a) A local entity may apply for assistance to purchase water
rights by submitting the form prescribed by the commission.
(b) Applications shall be submitted to the commission by July 1
to be considered for the next state fiscal year's budget cycle.
