Kan. Admin. Regs. § 11-7-9 - Final payment
Final disbursement of funds due on the contract shall be made upon submission of request for payment on forms prescribed by the commission. Certification that the project is complete and that it meets all the requirements of the contract shall be required before payment of funds.
