Kan. Admin. Regs. § 110-3-3 - Eligible projects
(a) Each
project eligible for financing under the Kansas partnership fund program shall:
(1) Serve a specific business on a specific
site;
(2) serve a demonstrable
public purpose; and
(3) be located
on public property, public easements, public right-of-ways, or shall be a
project to extend any public utility service.
(b) Eligible project costs may include
reasonable construction, labor, materials, engineering, architectural, land
acquisition, legal and administrative costs related directly to the project.
