Kan. Admin. Regs. § 110-3-4 - Ineligible projects
The following types of projects shall be considered ineligible for the Kansas partnership fund program:
(a) Any project which the secretary of
commerce determines would cause a significant adverse competitive disadvantage
to an existing enterprise in Kansas;
(b) any project which includes the relocation
of an enterprise from one location in the state to another, unless approved in
advance by official action of both the county commission and the city or other
municipality which would be losing the enterprise; or
(c) any project directly related to a
facility where games of chance are played for money or other stakes, or where
wagering occurs.
