Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-101-4 - Affirmative duty to demonstrate qualifications
Each applicant for a facility manager's certificate shall have an affirmative duty to the commission to demonstrate that the applicant, including the applicant's directors, officers, owners, and key employees, is qualified for certification.
