Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-16-7 - Subpoenas, stewards' and racing judges' hearings

(a) Any party to a stewards' or racing judges' hearing may request that the executive director issue a commission subpoena in accordance with K.S.A. 1990 Supp. 74-8804(d).

(b) Subpoenas shall be served by a person designated by the executive director. Service shall be in person and at the expense of the requesting party. Proof of service shall be shown by affidavit.

(c) Subpoenas issued by the executive director may be enforced pursuant to the provisions of the Kansas parimutuel racing act.
