Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-4-17 - Horse ownership by lease

Any leased horse may be raced if a completed lease form that includes the information required by the commission is attached to the registration certificate and is on file with the racing secretary. Each lessor and lessee shall be licensed as a horse owner. Each lease arrangement shall not be made for the purpose of avoiding insurance requirements or commission regulations.
