Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-4-18 - Greyhound ownership by lease

Any leased greyhound may be raced if a completed lease form that includes the information required by the commission is attached to the registration certificate and is on file with the director of racing. Each lessor and lessee shall be licensed as a greyhound owner. No lease arrangement shall be made for the purpose of avoiding insurance requirements or commission regulations.
